Under the new reporting requirements of the 2014 Sean and David Goldman International Child Abduction Prevention and Return Act (ICAPRA), the Office of Children's Issues (OCI) generated two reports for 2015. The Annual Report on International Parental Child Abduction (April 30, 2015) presents a range of new statistics and information and identifies 14 Hague partner countries that have demonstrated "patterns of noncompliance" as defined by ICAPRA, and an additional 8 non-Convention countries that have failed persistently to work with OCI to resolve abduction cases.

ICAPRA also directs OCI to issue a follow up 90-Day Report on International Parental Child Abduction (July 31, 2015) detailing specific actions taken against countries determined to have been engaged in a pattern of noncompliance.
